Mueller, 55, had sued the pop star for $ 3m, saying that the 27-year-old cost him his job.

U.S. District Judge William Martinez dismissed Muller's claim against Swift on Friday, claiming that he could not prove the pop star ruined his career over allegations that he groped her during a concert in 2013, reports E!

Testimony has resumed in a civil trial over whether Taylor Swift was groped by a former radio DJ.

Swift said she was counter-suing Mueller for a symbolic dollar and the chance to stand up for other women after he launched a lawsuit seeking up to three million dollars' compensation (£2.3m) from her.

"I couldn't be more proud to represent somebody like Taylor Swift who's willing to step up in a situation like this", attorney Douglas Baldridge said outside court Friday.

This season, however, each of the Premier League's top seven will play in Europe, which Mourinho believes is a leveller. But the solution is not changing players every season.

According to BBC, the DJ made the same claims against Taylor's mother, #Andrea Swift, and radio promotions director Frank Bell. "A very long grab".

She said she and Mueller started out as co-workers at country station KYGO-FM and became romantically involved in February 2013, a few months before the concert. "So in my opinion, I knew he touched her", he said.

As she prepares for the release of her upcoming album, Swift has done her best to stay out of the spotlight and has performed just once in 2017. She also said that she was doing this as an example for young victims of sexual assault around the world.

Swift used the word "ass" dozens of times on the witness stand Thursday as she told jurors that David Mueller reached under her skirt during a meet-and-greet photo op in 2013.
