Is this beloved Game Of Thrones character coming back from the dead?

Sunday night's episode of Game of Thrones almost saw Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) being burned to a crisp, only to be "saved" at the last second by Bronn (Jerome Flynn). The zombie that was once Catelyn Stark reportedly had a fleeting cameo in "The Spoils of War", teasing on the possibility that she will play a significant role in the series.
After all, that quote was uttered by the same man back in "Game of Thrones" season 3. However, it does seem that Baelish may have seen this chaotic event as further proof to incite conflict between the Lannisters and Starks- which he had already begun by getting Lysa Arryn to kill her husband- and chose to make this another rung on his ladder. "Chaos is a ladder".
The line is a callback to the Season 3 episode, "The Climb".
Why would Bran use that particular phrase? "Chaos? A gaping pit where you can bury us all?" And some, given a chance to climb, they refuse. Today, Sansa is Lady Stark in charge of Winterfell in the absence of their brother Jon Snow (Kit Harington), the King in the North. Bran no longer considers himself Brandon Stark; he's the Three Eyed Raven now. "But Bran has definitely become somebody they wouldn't recognize otherwise". Littlefinger isn't necessarily aware of the extent Bran's transformation and separation from who he used to be, so he should be sweating.
Her days of being manipulated by Littlefinger are (hopefully) over, even if his behavior recently has been odd. His eloquent words and brown-nosing have no effect on Bran. Think of it as Pizzagate for people obsessed with a show about dragons rather than say, the Clintons.
During the ep, Littlefinger decides to give Bran the knife an assassin tried to kill him with as a gift, telling him he plans on protecting the Stark children. If Bran shares that tidbit with Arya, Littlefinger's days are numbered.
New faces on the Premier League merry-go-round
Another pointer towards a low-scoring affair perhaps is the absence of Eden Hazard who will miss the game with an ankle injury. However, the 24-year-old expects more of the same to come his way during the season due to his price tag.
Good - there's enough Bran left for him to kind of enjoy making Littlefinger uncomfortable.
As Arya walks towards her protector, she tells Brienne, "You swore to serve both my mother's daughters", and it's at this precise moment that fans believe the cloaked spectre of fallen Stark matriarch Catelyn (Michelle Fairley), who perished in season three's Red Wedding, can be seen walking past in the background. It's only a matter of when. Jaime thought Baelish lost the weapon to Robert (this is also mentioned in the books). "His intention is to slightly rattle Littlefinger, to say, in just a subtle, really creepy way, 'I know what you're up to'".
Is the dagger's placement coincidence?
Next time on Game of Thrones... While he may not be that same character, he now has got a lot more to offer.
In any case, Littlefinger should be seeing the catspaw dagger in his nightmares. At the same time, still have that slight spark somewhere in there where you know this is Bran Stark.
