  • Your face may open up the new iPhone

The SmartCam code will allow iPhone's camera to automatically select a scene. This image corresponds to the leaked renders of the iPhone 8 that support the same design. As per earlier reports, Apple is reported to introduce the iPhone 8 with an OLED display. The 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone (probably iPhone 7s and 7s Plus) devices will be up much before, probably in September. Grossman has found that some references of UIStatusBar in the firmware code which suggests that the OLED screen portions on the left and right sides of the u-shaped bezel at the top will show information such as network strength, battery capacity, time and Bluetooth status. The device looks to have a front-facing infrared camera which will scan facial features to unlock the iPhone.

This feature was already hinted towards in a leak i.e., the leaked HomePod firmware by Guilherme Rambo, who came across numerous references to the scenes that could be recognised automatically such as Document, Bright Stage, Fireworks and Foliage.

Developer Steve Troughton-Smith dug into the code to uncover the details, pushing the m out via Twitter.

Drawing is against Islam, Moeen Ali reminded on Twitter
The last 14 games involving England has seen just one draw and they registered five wins and eight defeats in it. Earlier this week, Moeen became the first England spinner since 1938 to take a Test hat-trick.

Meanwhile, apart from being speculated to debut the "home indicator", rumors claiming that the iPhone 8 will also ditch its fingerprint sensor in favor of its face-recognition camera are also loud.

Other rumors have suggested that Face ID could be on track to replace Touch ID, and since the iPhone 8 supposedly lacks a home button, the jury is still out on whether Touch ID will be built into the screen, on the back of the phone, or into the power button, but either way take it all with a grain of salt. In a rather freaky turn of events, Apple over the weekend released firmware for its upcoming HomePod speaker online, and in the process, it inadvertently gave developers the opportunity to unearth and essentially confirm a number of key iPhone 8 details.

Touching the Home button usually turns on the display of an iPhone. Home button? That's apparently gone.
