Sproles left the game in the beginning of the second quarter after he went down without contact before being hit by Giants safety, Darian Thompson. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Sproles will have surgery on the arm before undergoing the knee procedure.

With both surgeries, Sproles' season is likely over.
