Sproles left the game in the beginning of the second quarter after he went down without contact before being hit by Giants safety, Darian Thompson. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Sproles will have surgery on the arm before undergoing the knee procedure.

With both surgeries, Sproles' season is likely over.

The Eagles passing downs back had 11 yards on three carries in the 27-24 victory at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Cowboys play the Eagles Nov. 19 in Arlington and December 31 in Philadelphia. And while he was able to walk off under his own power, he was seen holding his injured right arm.

McAdoo was asked about Beckham peeing, and it got awkward
Eagles punter Donnie Jones: "When we were going out for the last field goal, I just looked at Jake and said, 'You got this, baby". Manning then connected over the middle to Shepard, who broke a couple of tackles and sprinted all the way for a 21-14 lead.

Sproles, who is likely lost for the season, leads all active National Football League players with 19,155 career all-purpose yards.

That's some serious bad luck for Sproles, who was closing in on 20,000 all-purpose yards for his career.

"I feel like [after 2017] it will be time", he told ESPN's Tim McManus.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles will miss the rest of the season after suffering two serious injuries in the same play on Sunday. The situation makes touches available to LeGarrette Blount, Wendell Smallwood and Corey Clement.
