  • Apple IPhone 8 Has Battery Issue

Following the recent complaints, Apple has now confirmed that it is investigating the issue, according to TechCrunch. However, so far not many incidents have been heard of.

Over the past week, reports have been coming out about iPhone 8s that have split apart either on arrival or after several days of use. The number of phones claimed to be charged using power adapter and Lightnin to USB cable in Apple's box increased to 5.

The phones crack open without any signs of scorching or explosion. Based on the images in circulation (via ), the front screen was bent, and the device was non-functional.

Apple's iPhone is no stranger to controversy and the newest release is no exception. The report says that in this case, the user plugged the device overnight, and in the morning found the handset split open. Due to the minute tolerances of phones, it only takes a small increase in the size of the component to cause the iPhone to separate.

But the spotlight has been shone on battery issues following the disastrous problems faced by Samsung with it's 2016 Galaxy Note 7.

For this reason, five IPhone 8 Plus battery failure cases, consisting of millions of devices, are not exactly a source of concern at this point, but we will continue to monitor situation to see if a larger trend has evolved.

McDonald's Szechuan Sauce returns for one day
The show-creator, Jack Roiland attempted sending McDonald's a message through his famous show, " Rick and Morty ". Now, though, the fast food chain is planning on bringing the sauce back in full force for one day only.

Such incidents will surely downplay the popularity of Apple's latest flagship, which is already being reported to have a comparatively slower start. Apple responded by extending the warranty of its wearables but later stated that it was not a safety issue like the iPhone 8 bursting open and there was no need of a recall yet.

Investors are anxious that pre-orders for the device were well below previous launches.

However, it is largely believed that the core Apple fans are anxiously waiting for the iPhone X, which will be out next month.

Apple is scheduled to release the iPhone X - with the "X" signifying the Roman numeral 10 - on November 3, with preorders starting on October 27.

Apple Inc. shares fell $0.33 (-0.21%) in premarket trading Friday. This leads us to believe that the phone may burst into flames like the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 previous year.
