It has been suggested that the Duchess has again been suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum with her third pregnancy which forced her to miss a number of recent public engagements, including her son Prince George's first day at school.

The Duchess of Cambridge has debuted her royal baby bump, appearing in public for the first time since it was announced she is expecting her third child.

Kate was accompanied by her husband William, the Duke of Cambridge, and his brother Prince Harry but all eyes were on the expectant mother.

Despite still suffering from severe vomiting (hyperemesis gravidarum), she looked relaxed and was showing signs of a tiny baby bump.

Kate chose a delicate blue lace dress for the evening at Buckingham Palace.

Kate made an unusual appearance without William by her side in a video released last month aimed at educating young children about mental health.

Dr Nicola Byrom, founder of the mental health charity Student Minds, said after chatting to Kate: "She's awesome, what a fighter that she's here, that she's putting other people above herself".

"When Catherine, Harry and I launched Heads Together, it is fair to say that we were ambitious about what it could achieve", William said.

In a speech, William thanked everyone for what they'd done and said it was Kate "who first realized that all three of us were working on mental health in our individual areas of focus". But her health is most important and it's good to see that Middleton's condition is improving.

Middleton will be out and about as early as this Tuesday, Oct. 10 for World Mental Health Day.
