We'll keep a close eye on how well (or poorly) Pocket Camp performs for Nintendo, but in the meantime, let us know in the comments what your thoughts on the game are and whether you will keep the game on your device.

With Nintendo already having released Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem Heroes, there was plenty of anticipation surrounding the company's third mobile title, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. In the first six days, it's been downloaded at least 15 million times from the Apple App Store and Google Play, according to market analyst Sensor Tower. The game is free to play but offers certain items and the option to speed up gameplay elements by purchasing in-game currency. Players can earn these by completing quests or using real-world money. Even though only 4 percent of folks opt to pay the $10 price to unlock the full game, its numbers look impressive and it generated $8.4 million on its first day.

Then again, we can scrutinize these download numbers and wonder how many concurrent players each game has. Its first title, Super Mario Run, has now hit 200 million downloads since its debut in December 2016. For comparison sake, Fire Emblem Heroes made it to No 8 in the United States just a day after its launch.

Corvette ZR1 Pricing Starts at $119995, ZR1 Convertible Starts at $123995
The 2019 Corvette ZR1 coupe has an MSRP starting at $119,995 while the new C7 ZR1 convertible starts at $123,995. The fastest, most powerful production Corvette ever was unveiled this week ahead of the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The game reached as high as the fifth highest-grossing app spot in the Japanese app store and is now ranked number 10, according to SensorTower. It's lagging behind in the USA, where it sits at No. 72, but the download numbers look promising. So, Animal Crossing has a long way to be financially successful for Nintendo.

The site also noted that this launch doubled the downloads for Fire Emblem's mobile launch but was less than half of download totals for Super Mario Run which totaled 32 million downloads after six days of availability on the App Store and Play Store.
