  • Part of Disney California Adventure to become 'Pixar Pier'

News of the Pixar remake was made official this week after months of rumors, which led to speculation from fans and news outlets including The Los Angeles Times.

The first neighborhood is inspired by Disney·Pixar's "The Incredibles" and it will open in summer 2018 with the Incredicoaster. As a permanent retheme of the current coaster, California Screamin', the Incredicoaster will take guests through a mid-century-modern-style queue area where they will board ride vehicles with a distinct new look.

There will also be four new "imaginative neighborhoods", new entertainment, foods, drinks and stuff to buy.

After that, the blog states, "The popular Toy Story Mania! will anchor the Toy Story-inspired neighborhood".

A neighborhood on the western side of the boardwalk will be inspired by another Pixar film, "Inside Out", and will include a "family-friendly attraction", the Disney blog said.

The anti-Trump media appears to have quite the connection to the investigation led by Special Counsel Bob Mueller. Sources say Mueller also has enough evidence to charge Flynn's son, Michael G.

The fourth one "will celebrate a collection of guest-favorite Pixar stories", the release stated.

The fourth neighbourhood will include a new-look Mickey's Fun Wheel, with each of the 24 gondolas featuring different Pixar characters. At the Games of the Boardwalk, which now includes a game called Bullseye Stallion Stampede, guests will find that all the midway games will be inspired by Pixar characters. New games will include characters from "A Bug's Life", "WALL-E" and "La Luna".

The ever-popular Cove Bar, with its Instagram-worthy concoctions and piled-high food will also close for a large part of 2018, while Ariel's Grotto restaurant, known for its character dining with Disney princesses, will shutter for a not-yet-revealed rehaul on January 8 as well. The board games, stores and Fun Wheel will also close on January 8 for the permanent transformations. The northern stretch of the area will be rebranded as Paradise Park and will still feature classic boardwalk rides like the Golden Zephyr, the Goofy's Sky School wild mouse coaster and the Silly Symphony Swings. This new, permanent land in Disney California Adventure Park will make its debut during Pixar Fest, a special limited-time event that starts on April 13, 2018.

It's the end of an era for Disney California Adventure as the Anaheim park says farewell to its coaster California Screamin' to make way for a Pixar-themed ride, the park announced Thursday. Cars Land is probably the best thing in the entire park, an exhaustively detailed and lifelike recreation of Radiator Springs.
