  • Jacoby Brissett in Concussion Protocol After Loss vs. Steelers

"Joe Haden has a fibula fracture", Tomlin said. "And you give up big plays, you have a chance to lose football games".

Brissett continued to work the Steelers secondary in the third quarter, finding Chester Rogers with a 61-yard touchdown pass and it seemed at that point, that the Colts had enough to pull off an improbable win. "We have to do a better job in third-down situations".

Game-winning drive aside, nothing else looked pretty for Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers - who nevertheless showed resolve in beating the Colts.

To date, Brissett has thrown for 2,172 yards, nine touchdowns and five interceptions. When he did, Brissett returned to the medical tent and the independent neurologist cleared Brissett.

After the game, the Colts announced Brissett "developed symptoms after the game" and was now in the concussion protocol.

"There was a lot of negativity that we will talk about", Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said.

Oklahoma State CB intercepts end zone pass without looking at the ball

It is a part of the Colts' identity through 10 games into the season.

In the AFC South, the Colts trail Tennessee (6-3) and Jacksonville (6-3) by four games in the loss column.

Colts: Will have a much needed bye before hosing Tennessee on November 26.
