The actor, who had a history of drug use and charges of battery against women, was dropped by his management firm and agency shortly afterward. The actor had a reputation on the set for being hard, and was often drunk or high during filming.

Sizemore's agent Stephen Rice told THR that the actor had declined to comment on the allegation.

The alleged incident happened during a photoshoot to capture images of Sizemore's character with his abandoned wife and daughter that were to be used in the film.

During the half-hour photo session, Sizemore allegedly either rubbed his finger on the girl's vagina or inserted it inside. "The little girl said what she said, and we all thought, "That f--ing sleazebag.' There was never any doubt".

The incident occurred near the end of production of the crime thriller during a photo shoot in which the girl had to sit on Sizemore's lap.

Crew members told THR that the alleged incident happened when the film was nearly finished. They also spoke to the child's parents, offering to remove the girl and/or Sizemore from the movie and encouraging the parents to press charges, something the parents declined to do. She recalls of the girl, who was wearing a flannel nightgown: "At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited". "I was watching her".

India Joins 'Quadrilateral' With Australia, Japan and USA to Limit China's Intrusion
Joint Secretary (South division) in the MEA, Vinay Kumar and Joint Secretary (East Asia) Pranay Verma attended the meeting. Beijing is been accused by US, Japan and other nations of undermining the "rules-based order" in Indo-Pacific.

However, even after speaking with the police, the actress' parents decided not to press charges, a choice casting director Catrine McGregor thinks was made to not professionally harm the young girl's film career. He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high.

The alleged victim, now 26, told the Hollywood Reporter that she's recently hired a lawyer for possible legal action against the actor and her parents for the incident. "We're talking about consistent behavior, just being 'Tom Sizemore" on set every day.

Mufas says some members of the production staff "reached for hammers" and had to be talked down from confronting Sizemore.

Producer James R. Rosenthal, who died in 2011, "had to stop a group of us from going to visit Mr. Sizemore to kick the guy's ass", Maufas added. McGregor filed a claim with the acting union SAG and began to fight to have Sizemore removed from the film. "We also talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him".

Furthermore, in 2003, Tim received a six-month jail sentence for abusing his girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss, during their two-year relationship.
