  • Report: Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn Sent Home from UK Tour After WWE SmackDown

The incident came when Owens and Zayn did do what they were told to do following Zayn's singles match against Kofi Kingston.

A story broke earlier today that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were sent home from WWE's Europen tour for disciplinarian reasons.

The best friend duo of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have become one of the most entertaining parts of WWE's Smackdown brand in the last few months. New Day then stood waiting, same for the sound crew who didn't play anyone's music, and the segment ended awkwardly when the two wrestlers seemingly went off script by not taking their planned beating afterward. The issue is the fact that Owens and Zayn were supposed to sell the beatdown to help set up a tag team match on Smackdown next week. There were reportedly no issues related to Owens and Sami being mad about putting The New Day over.

Spacey, who was 26 at the time , said: "I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago". Unruh held a press conference, explaining her son was 18 years old when Spacey allegedly his genitals.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have a long running feud, but they are now working as allies on WWE programming. They could be back for Tuesday's SmackDown but nothing is official other than their status for the current tour.

Meltzer did note that there was editing to the opening segment, but it wasn't anything Owens or Zayn did wrong. They started the show with a promo between them and Shane McMahon, who they had been feuding with for the last several weeks. There was also a mention of "men of honor", and some believed that was a reference to Ring of Honor and led to the editing, but that was not the case.
