The Mumbai Police on Thursday issued an E-challan to actor Varun Dhawan for allegedly not wearing the seat belt while he was driving a auto and was spotted taking a selfie with his fan by leaning out from his vehicle. U have risked ur life, ur admirer's & few others.

This is not the first time Bollywood actors have come under Mumbai Police's radar. Considering his fan's request, Varun took her phone, took his head out from the vehicle window and as well asked the fan to have her head out of her auto for their picture together. An e-challan is on the way to your home.

According to the Newspaper, Another picture showed the actor leaning out of his window and taking a selfie with her.An e-challan was sent to Mr. Dhawan's registered address with the Regional Transport Office. Responding back to Varun's tweet, the official handle of Mumbai Police tweeted, "Quite a galactic coincidence for the photographer to be on the same signal to capture your gesture, in a good intent nevertheless risky". We expect better from a responsible [Mumbai resident] and youth icon like you! "Next time, V will B harsher", wrote the police. The fan had her day but the traffic police wasn't much happy about it.

Varun Dhawan was quick to acknowledge his mistake and apologised saying he did this since the cars weren't moving at the signal and he didn't want to hurt the fan's sentiments.
