  • Amazon Prime Video has finally landed on Apple TV

Customers in the U.S., U.K., Germany and Austria will also be able to watch videos from subscription services (like HBO, Showtime or Eurosport in Europe) paid for on Amazon. The app provides access to movies and TV shows available on Amazon Prime, as well as Amazon Originals like The Man in the High Castle and Transparent.

However, the latest development has revealed that Apple TV will add the Prime video app.

Apple TV lets customers stream content from services like HBO Go, Netflix, and around 50 other partners, but Amazon and Apple couldn't reach an agreement. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said past year that the e-commerce giant would not sell Apple's streaming TV box unless his company's Prime Video app could be installed on the Apple device.

But, with 2017 coming to a close, many were left wondering when this would actually happen.

Apple and Amazon had been at loggerheads on the issue of Amazon Prime TV support earlier in the year, with Amazon going so far as to pull the Apple TV from its U.S. storefront, citing potential customer confusion as the reason why.

They moved early, as Messi would have been able to speak to City in the New Year if he had not signed a new deal. Last Friday, Argentina, Nigeria, Iceland and Croatia were drawn together in World Cup Group D.

It took awhile, but Amazon Prime Video is finally live on Apple TV.

'The Sports tab in the Apple TV app makes it even easier for fans in the USA to track the teams, games, and moments that are important to them.

While Amazon appears to be patching things up with one of its rivals, another feud is building elsewhere.

Google signaled that its move was in retaliation for Amazon's refusal to sell some Google products that compete with Amazon gadgets.

Google is setting a disappointing precedent by selectively blocking customer access to an open website.
