"It also fights supporters of the Islamic State in Gaza and the Sinai and prevents the migration of these supporters from Gaza to the Sinai", said a speaker in the video, who is referred to as Abu Kazem al-Maqdisi, an Islamic State preacher in the Sinai, originally from Gaza.

Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz ordered the Israel Electric Corporation to restore electricity to the Gaza Strip beginning immediately, but pro-Palestinian Authority groups said the move would not relieve Israel of the "legal and moral" requirement to meet the power needs of Gaza residents.

Towards the end of the recording, the narrator declares a man named Musa Abu Zamat as the Hamas collaborator.

Zamat is then shot in the back of his head at point-blank range by an Islamist holding a pistol, reports the International Business Times.

The situation drips with irony.

"They attempt to besiege the jihadists on the land of Sinai through direct security cooperation with [the Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah] el-Sissi's intelligence forces", al-Maqdisi added. IS, which has been engaged in a fierce battle against the Iranian-backed Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria, sees this as a betrayal of the Sunni sect. With augmented numbers, ISIS-Sinai has become a deadly terrorist organization, as it proved in late November with an attack on a mosque that killed more than 300 people.

Breast cancer gene not linked to higher risk of death

But like ISIS, the group has carried out public execution on the streets of Gaza.

The video goes on to criticize Hamas' new manifesto released in May, saying Hamas watered down its anti-Semitic language and offered to moderate its position toward Israel, distancing itself from Islamist groups in a bid for global recognition. That move, authorized by PA leader Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen), was meant to pressure the Hamas leadership to loosen its control of the coastal strip. And it's nearly a certainty that Israel would never allow ISIS control in Gaza.

"They don't even want to negotiate a long overdue peace treaty with Israel", the United States leader added.

That violence could come in the form of the Islamic State encouraging supporters to launch rockets into Israel, knowing Israel will blame and retaliate against Hamas.

Calls upon the worldwide community, including the High Contracting Parties to the 1949 Fourth Geneva Convention, to intervene to stop all Israeli violations against fishermen and allow them to fish freely in the Gaza Sea.
