Tiger Zinda Hai Day 17 in overseas

Maharashtra Bandh on Wednesday affected the business of Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai but yet the film has minted decent money at the Box Office.

The successful team of "Sultan", filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar and Salman reunited for this action packed ride and has broken records of all Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan films produced under the same banner. But the real test of any film is its weekday performance and Jumanji proved its worth in Indian market by amassing Rs 6 crore, down by a mere 8-9 percent.

Salman Khan's latest blockbuster movie, Tiger Zinda Hai, has collected nearly Rs 300 crore, making it the highest grossing Bollywood movie of 2017, and also the one to end the spate of big-budget flops the movie industry experienced past year.

Following its huge opening, Tiger Zinda Hai has been faring well even on the weekdays. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala also stated that Tiger Zinda Hai has achieved the feat on its day 16. The business of the film seems to be on par with "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", which also starred Khan. With the current pace, we are expecting the movie to earn around 35 crores in the third week. The lifetime worldwide collection of Bajrangi Bhaijaan is Rs 487.2 crore. There is no big release this week and Tiger Zinda Hai is expected to take full advantage of it.
