This content is part of the fifth and sixth title updates originally planned for Ghost War, the 4v4 multiplayer mode that launched in the fall.

Year 2 will continue to deliver substantial post-launch support with four free major updates, updates to the campaign, updates for the Ghost War mode, and features highly requested by the community. The update will also add a new PvP mode called Sabotage, with five maps, a new class, and new corresponding perks.

This new year of content will begin next week on April 10 with Special Operations I, adding "a campaign mission and challenge with exclusive rewards". Additionally, each teammate can be equipped with any item the player has unlocked for their main character. Ubisoft is also selling a season pass for $29.99 that gives players a week's early access to the aforementioned new classes in Ghost War, an exclusive customization pack, and eight loot crates.
