The Lenovo-owned Motorola plans to launch the Moto G6, Moto G6 Play and Moto G6 Plus sometime this month.

There is a dual camera on the back, too, with 12MP+12MP sensors and a 16MP front camera.

The device has splash resistance and a 3,000mAh battery which is rated to last a full day.

In addition, while both models will feature a 5.7-inch "Max Vision" display, they will differ in terms of the resolution - in favor of the standard model. At the back, it gets a 13MP main camera and a 5MP selfie shooter with LED flash.

Moving down a notch is the Moto G6 Play which offers a larger 4,000mAh battery.

Perhaps most significantly in terms of new details, retail listings posted (and since pulled) in the USA point to mid-May as a potential launch date - the main G6 is said to be shipping by May 10, so we shouldn't have much longer to wait.

Egypt's Sisi re-elected amid low voter turnout
But Nauert added: "We have noted reports of constraints on freedoms of expression and association in the run-up to the elections". According to Egyptian state media , US President Donald Trump called el-Sissi to congratulate him on his victory.

The word on the street is that Moto G6 series will be released first in India, Brazil and other emerging markets and later to developed regions such as Europe and America. The display of the phone will be protected with Gorilla Glass on top.

An internal storage capacity of 64 GB and an external storage capacity of up to 256 GB (Remember this is a budget phone, don't expect higher storage capacities). It will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and will come with 4GB of RAM.

There are also new press renders for the G6 and G6 Play available, thanks to SlashLeaks.

Moto G6 Play - It will come with a 5.7-inch MaxVision HD display with 720x1440 resolution. The smartphone will come with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-megapixel sensor on the rear. Juicing up the device could be a slightly bigger 3,200mAh battery that's also charged with Motorola's TurboPower charger.

We believe the generic Moto G6 will also have the aforementioned feature as it is also tipped to come with dual-camera, but sadly the low-end Moto G6 Play, which comes with a single primary camera, will not have photo background edit option.

Unlike the Moto G6, the fingerprint sensor is placed at the back for the Moto G6 Play. It has 32GB of storage which is expandable via microSD. As for the availability details, Moto G6 is expected to ship starting May 17, which hints at April launch of the phone.
