  • Father Allegedly Abused And Tortured His 10 Kids In Filthy California Home

The parents are suspected of torture "for the satisfaction of sadistic objectives, "police said". He is facing seven counts of torture and nine counts of felony child abuse.

"I can't do that.' So I was like, 'I'm the only one who cares enough" so I started to homeschool them". "I've been in law enforcement since.well. more than 30 years ago", said Hurlbut.

"The case is just horrifying", Solano County District Attorney Krishna Abrams said.

He said FSUSD has never had contact with the couple's children.

Officers responded to the home and discovered the apparent abuse when the children's mother, Ina Rogers, called 911 on March 31.

Rogers now coming to her husband's defense saying, "He's a wonderful husband, a wonderful father and we're gonna light to the end, until we get them back and get cleared of all these allegations".

She said: There's no broken bones, there is no major scars, nothing. They eventually located the 12-year-old in the neighborhood and took him back home.

A father and mother were arrested after 10 children were found living in unsafe living conditions and appeared to have been tortured.

She said the "squalor" officers saw while investigating came from her tearing her house apart as she searched for her child.

Magney recalled her asking him: "Is there a way I can check your backyard, because my son is ... missing or ran away?" So now you're telling me that there's torture and abuse? "So I ripped up my whole house. tore everything out of the closet, lifted up the beds".

Their mom, Rogers, was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of child endangerment. All ten children were taken into protective custody by Solano County Child Welfare Services.

The average revenue per user of the company declined by 26 per cent to Rs 105 from Rs 142 during the quarters under review. India's objections to jurisdiction and the company's claims are scheduled to be heard together in February 2019.

All ten children are now with members of Rogers' family.

In strong echoes of the ongoing prosecution of David and Louise Turpin, the sheriff's office in Solano county said the children were rescued from the filthy house in March.

Rogers denies there was any torture or abuse. The 29-year-old man was arrested and is being held on more than $5-million bail.

Police arrested Jonathan Allen (Jonathan Allen) and Eli Rogers (Ina Rogers) for cruelty to children.

Jonathan Allen and Ina Rogers' home. Rogers has 3 older children from a previous relationship.

This is a look inside the home on Fieldstone Court where the 10 children lived.

"This is absolutely appalling to me".

I strive, I thrive on being a good parent to my children. "My husband has many tattoos, he has a frightening appearance, is why people so easily condemn him, but my husband is an incredible man, and I is an awesome mother". My husband is an fantastic person and I am an unbelievable mother.

"I live a very spiritual life - not in the sense that I believe in like offerings and like doing torturous things to kids, and these like satanic things that they're trying to say that I do".

Officers from the Fairfield Police Department responded March 31 to a report of a missing person.
